Deleted Facebook Complaints

Have you complained to Keepmoat on their Facebook page only to notice that your comments have been deleted? Well don’t worry you are not the only one, it is standard  practice  to make all the nasty complaints go away. You might get even luckier and find that Keepmoat has blocked you from following them on Twitter or posting on their Facebook page. I see this has a good sign because clearly they don’t care what I write anymore, so that means they shouldn’t mind all the complaints I took screenshots of being published here.

Gotta love what Keepmoat say they will do and what they actually do, from their Facebook page:

“We want you to take part in our online discussions, and we love it when you comment on our posts, but if you post something that some of the other users may find offensive or rude, we will remove it from the page. Please think of others before you post.”

So presumably all the deleted complaints are offensive or rude according to Keepmoat. What their Code of Conduct for their Facebook page should say is “If we are embarrassed by any complaint made by a customer it will be removed – we don’t like people reading negative things about us as it makes us look bad.”

DISCLAIMER: The complaints shown have not been checked for accuracy and we make no claims of their validity. The complaints are shown here as Keepmoat remove complaints from their Facebook page and we believe that in the interest of honesty and fairness these complaints shouldn’t be hidden from public view. We have had our own complaint removed from their Facebook page without it being resolved.
